A smoothie that checks all the boxes will be tasty, satiating and make you feel good. To obtain this, ensuring the smoothies have a balance of fruits and vegetables for carbohydrates and fibre, a source of calcium, healthy fats and protein.
Each of the smoothies below contain a perfect balance of all that- giving you many important nutrients to keep you full and satisfied for hours at a time.
These can be enjoyed any time of the day as a pick me up between meals, or adding protein will make them a complete meal in themselves, also perfect for muscle recovery post-workout!
