Instructions
Preheat oven to 320 ℉.
In a medium bowl, mash bananas
Add oats and any other mix ins you'd like, mix well.
Scoop spoonfuls onto a baking tray and press down the top into a puck shape. The cookies will not rise, so the size you make them is what they will be. I recommend making them about 2 inches wide. This should make ~12 cookies.
Bake for 12 minutes, flip the cookies, and bake another 8 minutes. They should be slightly browned on the bottom.
Enjoy right out of the oven or cool off and store in the fridge for up to 1 week!
