Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola

hemp seeds

(or chocolate chips)

peanut butter

coconut oil

maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
Melt coconut oil and add to the oats mixture along with maple syrup and peanut butter, mix well until evenly coated.
Lay mixture onto a baking tray in an even layer and press firmly to pack down.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven, stir and press down again, then place back in the oven.
Bake additional 8 minutes.
Granola is done when edges are slightly browned. Let cool completely before removing from the tray.
Store in an air tight container for up to 4 months.
