Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup peanuts (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
  • Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
  • Melt coconut oil and add to the oats mixture along with maple syrup and peanut butter, mix well until evenly coated.
  • Lay mixture onto a baking tray in an even layer and press firmly to pack down.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, stir and press down again, then place back in the oven.
  • Bake additional 8 minutes.
  • Granola is done when edges are slightly browned. Let cool completely before removing from the tray.
  • Store in an air tight container for up to 4 months.
