Oil-Free Hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium potatoes any variety
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
  • Preheat oven to 425 ℉.
  • Chop potatoes into bite sized cubes and add to boiling water. Cook 10 minutes.
  • Strain potatoes and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle spices on top and mix to coat. Lay out potatoes in an even layer.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
