any variety

nutritional yeast

garlic powder

tsp
salt
pinch
black pepper
Instructions
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
Preheat oven to 425 ℉.
Chop potatoes into bite sized cubes and add to boiling water. Cook 10 minutes.
Strain potatoes and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle spices on top and mix to coat. Lay out potatoes in an even layer.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
