In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, mix.
In a medium bowl, combine wet ingredients, mix.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Knead with your hands as it comes together.
Put a large pot of water on to boil for your double boiler.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, shaping into sausages. Wrap in tin foil, but not too tight because the sausages will expand when they are cooking. Secure the ends of the tin foil well (I like to twist them to secure).
Place your sausages in your double boiler and steam for 45 minutes, keeping the water at a simmer. Check the water level after 25 minutes to make sure it hasn't evaporated (you may need to add more).
Once the sausages are done steaming, either enjoy right away or let cool off completely before storage.
