- Coconut oil
- Maple syrup

- Cloves
- Salt

Cinnamon Spice Granola
Servings 6
Ingredients
- 4 cups oats (large flake)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
- Roughly chop walnuts and melt coconut oil.
- To a large bowl add: oats, walnut pieces, pumpkin seeds, and spices, mix well.
- Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix well until mixture is evenly coated.
- Lay mixture onto a baking tray in an even layer, pressing firmly to pack down.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven, stir and press down again then place back into the oven. Bake an additional 8 minutes.
- Granola is done when there is a slight brown on the edges. Let cool completely before removing from tray.
- Store in an air tight jar for up to 4 months.
