Ingredients

oats
(large flake)

walnuts
(roughly chopped)

pumpkin seeds

cinnamon

ground ginger

nutmeg

ground cloves

cup
coconut oil
(melted)

cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Roughly chop walnuts and melt coconut oil.
To a large bowl add: oats, walnut pieces, pumpkin seeds, and spices, mix well.
Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix well until mixture is evenly coated.
Lay mixture onto a baking tray in an even layer, pressing firmly to pack down.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir and press down again then place back into the oven. Bake an additional 8 minutes.
Granola is done when there is a slight brown on the edges. Let cool completely before removing from tray.
Store in an air tight jar for up to 4 months.
