Ingredients

oats
(large flake)

sliced almonds
1/4
cup
sunflower seeds
1/4
cup
pumpkin seeds
1/2
cup
dried apricots
(chopped)

tsp
ground cinnamon

salt

cup
coconut oil
(melted)
1/4
cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients, except the apricots, and mix well. (apricots will be added after done baking)
Melt coconut oil, then add to the dry ingredients along with maple syrup. Mix well until mixture is evenly coated.
Lay mixture on baking sheet in an even layer, pressing firmly to pack down.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir and press down again, then place back in the oven.
Bake an additional 8 minutes.
Granola is done when the edges are slightly browned. Let cool completely before removing from tray.
Mix in chopped apricots and enjoy.
Store in an air tight jar for up to 4 months.
