Ingredients

extra firm tofu
1/2
onion
2
cloves
garlic
1/4
tsp
salt

tbsp
nutritional yeast
1/4
tsp
turmeric
pinch
black pepper
1/4
tsp
chilli powder
(optional)

unsweetened plant milk
Instructions
Dice onion and garlic, pan fry over medium heat until translucent.
Crumble tofu into pan and sprinkle all of the spices on top, slowly add almond milk and mix well. Pan fry about 5 minutes until tofu is cooked.
