Easy Tofu Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened plant milk

Instructions

  • Dice onion and garlic, pan fry over medium heat until translucent.
  • Crumble tofu into pan and sprinkle all of the spices on top, slowly add almond milk and mix well. Pan fry about 5 minutes until tofu is cooked.
