- Oats
- Peanuts
- Peanut Butter
- Cocoa powder
- Cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
- Hemp seeds
- Coconut oil
- Maple syrup
- Salt

Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola
Servings 6
Ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 1/3 cup peanuts (roughly chopped)
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
- Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
- Melt coconut oil and add to the oats mixture along with maple syrup and peanut butter, mix well until evenly coated.
- Lay mixture onto a baking tray in an even layer and press firmly to pack down.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, stir and press down again, then place back in the oven.
- Bake additional 8 minutes.
- Granola is done when edges are slightly browned. Let cool completely before removing from the tray.
- Store in an air tight container for up to 4 months.
